Policy

Booking & Non-Refundable deposit fee

Once you fill out the the contact form below, I’ll be in contact with you within the next 24 hours. We’ll then have a zoom call discussing what you want your photos to look like and what the photoshoot process would be like. We’ll then go over pricing and you would be required to pay the deposit at this time.

For every photoshoot, it is required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit of the given price. For example, if the total price of your package is $200, a deposit of $100 must be made at the time of booking during the zoom call. Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or in cash.

Late Policy & Cancelations

If the client happens to be running late to the scheduled shoot, we can still continue with the session, but time will be cut short. If the client is 30 minutes late, the scheduled shoot will either have to be postponed or cancelled.

48 hours in advanced notice of cancelations is required and the non-refundable deposit will act as the cancelation fee. If Kayla is unable to attend the scheduled session for reasons such as catching an illness, a family emergency, or anything beyond her control, the photoshoot will have to be postponed and the photographer will offer a discount to the client on the remaining deposit.

Mileage

Depending on the location the client chose to have their photoshoot, prices may vary if the location is far. If the location is more than 20 miles away from Scotts Addition Richmond, VA, it would be an extra $4 per mile in compensation for gas usage.

Weather Complications

Since most of my photographs are taken outdoors, the weather can have a mind of it’s own sometimes. If it interferes with the scheduled shoot, we can figure out a better day to continue shooting with no additional charge.
